Guidelines: Cleaning and Disinfection: Thorough cleaning and disinfection are done before your check-in to ensure a safe stay with us. House Staff: The house staff is available with an additional fee for the service if needed. Standard check-in and check-out time: Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is 12:00 noon. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed inside the house. Safety: Nine surveillance cameras are in place in the common areas for safety protocol. Capacity: The rate includes 12 persons. Extra-person at a maximum of eight people will be charged php 600.00 per head accordingly, provided with extra bed and amenities. Smoking Area: Smoke at the designated place only. Swimming Pool: - Children should be accompanied by an adult. One child with one companion must be observed. - No food and drinks are allowed on the poolside. - Wear proper swimming attire. Ex Board Shorts, Hybrid Swim Shorts, Speedos, Jammers, Rash Guards, swim Shirts, One or Two-Piece, Wet Suits, etc.
